Yellow Velour Military Double Breasted Blazer by the Swiss brand Basel. Sold only by SAM by Regenpfeifer in Switzerland. Excellent construction. At one point the color could be detached and was button on, but the color has lost 2 buttons and has been attached with a stitch. Small hole on collar as well (see image). Size 28.
