Barneys COOP Black Silk Tiered Party Dress

Never worn new barneys Co-Op dress I got this long long time ago .. about 8 years ago so I forget how much it is but I think it was over $200 for sure. I never wore it so it's in new perfect condition. It's really flirty and adorable but just never had a chance to wear it and I don't think I will. So I'm willing to sell for a great price. This dress would be perfect for birthday parties dinner parties weddings.. it's really gorgeous and fun.
