Bari Jay vintage velvet quipao or Chinese stress

This beautiful dress is from either the late 80s or 90s is my best. Guess it’s got some fairly serious shoulder pads. The black velvet is the old-school rayon silk kind that eats the light. There are three gold Prague closings on the front dress is meant to fit fairly tightly. There is a front slat for a little leg show and some movement a beautiful vintage piece in excellent condition there is some crashing in small places on the velvet.
