Barely worn sequined jeweled mule style slip on

nice shoe. no defects that I can tell. the inside paper covering foot is a little loose at heel. but just barely. can't tell. nice designer shoe. runs a size 40 I were 8 1/2 women's and my heel goes to the end of the shoe. I'm guessing it's a 8?
