Barely worn but damaged white summer top, size small

This top is another case of something I bought in late summer last year only to have it not fit me this year. I only wore it once, and I accidentally bought it ripped on the side, didn’t care and kept the top. I imagine this is an easy fix for someone who knows what they’re doing. Gorgeous top, pictures don’t do it justice.
