Barely used high low dress with Jean top

This almost brand new dress is a high low style. The too of the dress is a jean color and material that buttons along the entire front and ties just above the skirt. It also has pockets on the front with a collar. The skirt portion has an elastic waistband and is high low, with a very fun and bright tribal looking pattern.
