Is the bottom part white or cream? And are the sequence gold?

@wessela24 hi- sequence are gold, yes and under a layer of tulle. I’d say the tulle overlay and sash are closer to white than cream, but less stark than say a piece of White printer paper. Does that help? I’m happy to send more pics if helpful!
