How wide is the waistline?

@tchaphe I just saw your message🤦🏻♀️it is 18” at the waist (if I’m measuring correctly), but there is an elastic pleat in the back. That will allow for some stretch. Is that helpful? I will wait to accept your offer until I hear back from you. Sorry for the delay!
