Barbour Utility Jacket Size 8

Good condition with minor signs of wear. Missing belt because I never used it and lost it. US size 8 but in my experience Barbour runs small. Measurements while laid flat are as follows: shoulder to shoulder is 16”, waist is 18.5”, and length from shoulder to bottom of jacket is 24”.
