Does this function as an actual bag or is it just a pillow/prop?

It’s really soft for a purse. I would say it’s mostly functions as a pillow- but you could stuff pajamas or toiletries for a sleepover as the flap opens and there is a pocket/room for stuff. I bought it in the kids character decorative pillow section.
