This Barbie is a 40th anniversary tribute to Little Debbie Snacks. The box states 1999 by Mattel. Marked special edition series IV. Her long sparkling blue dress is belted by a ribbon stating Little Debbie. This doll has not been removed from the box and belonged to a collector. It is in excellent preowned condition. Smoke free and pet free environment. Made in Indonesia.
