This is a 2013 Barbie doll wearing a pair of purple scrubs. It could be from the "You Can Be Anything" nurse line, but I'm not certain. The model number on the back is "1186 M.J 1. NL." There are some stains on the dolls clothing, the hair is in disarray, and the doll has been colored with a marker on the back and front. It may be able to be removed.
