Barbie & Chelsea The Lost Birthday Party Doll Feather Dress. Doll's dress with a colorful pattern. Features shades of green, pink, and blue. Barbie is from 2015. If you zoom in on the photos, you will see that the sunglasses are still originally fastened onto the top of her head. You will also notice that the original clear rubber band is used to attach the dress to the doll. The doll has been played with and the hair could use a "doo".
