This Barbie book is copyright 2002. It did originally come with a set of watercolor paints as the plastic container shows on the front cover. The paints is not included with this book today. This book could also be a coloring book! Book is 20+ years old, but overall in good condition. The book has a story that follows along on each page with a new picture to be colored/painted.
