Banpresto Sailor Uranus Blind Box Mini Figure - Open Box, Figure Sealed

Mini figure of Sailor Uranus (Haruka Tenou) from the anime series, Sailor Moon - Box opened, figure sealed Figure is roughly 2 1/2" tall without display stand. The box has been opened and is in pretty rough overall shape, but both the figure and display stand remain sealed in the original plastic and have never been touched. Please refer to photos for more details. My home has pets, so stray dog hair is possible. Smoke-free home.
