yellowgirl07 @s_culberson Hey mabye you can give me some advice on something. I thought my shipping label wasn’t sent to me so I had them send me over another one. Well I wound up finding the first label so I used that and mailed that out. Then I pushed mailed out and it said it wasn’t scanned yet. Then I realized they are two different tracking numbers. Now the person has the wrong tracking number what should I do! Ty

s_culberson @yellowgirl07 🎄Hi Tamara, the “mailed” button only lets Poshmark know that you took the package to the post office (you get the “waiting to be scanned notice”). Once scanned at the post office you & the buyer will get an email notice that the package has begun tracking. That email should have the tracking number associated with the label you used. I often drop off a package in the am that doesn’t get scanned until late evening. It still gets to the buyer in 1-2 days. I hope this helps.🎄

yellowgirl07 @s_culberson hey yes I did thanks for checking you were totally right it took awhile and then boom everything I got a notification :) I did have one other question. When I mailed it I used priority mail but it had flat rate on the box as well and the lady was giving me a hard time wasn’t sure what that was about I thought we could use any and all priority mail ! Thanks again for being so kind with all my questions xo 😘

s_culberson @yellowgirl07 ❄️Glad to hear that your package is on its way. That clerk is uninformed. We are authorized to use all priority packaging including flat rate and regional 1 thru 8. Look at the bottom of your shipping label. This info is printed there. *Check to see if there is a large package drop drawer or a specific counter where they allow you to leave items that already have the postage on it. I never stand in line at the post office.❄️
