Hi. Are these true to size? Comfy? Padded? The pics are dark showing the scratches. Hard to see where damage is. Could you please measure the sole toe to end of heel?

They are not padded but comfortable to me. A few scuffs are not showing up well in the pictures. There is a slight fading/red tint at the top where the zipper ends. The heel-to-toe measurement is 10.5.I bought them for myself, but they are tighter around the calf than I like. I will try to upload new pictures.
