Sleek and smooth dress from express. Chiffon on the bust then transitions into beautiful bandage bottom. The top is designed to be a little looser and then the bottom is va va voom. Green, black, white and cream fabric that gives curves va va voom. Bought for a bachelorette party and then maybe wore out a few times. Not a mini but probably hits mid thigh. Armpit to armpit 19 inches, armpit to hem 27 inches.No snags, rips, stains or problems with the dress. Just cleaning out the closet 💓
