It is a batwing top that delicately drapes and comes together with a tassel tie front to create a feminine silhouette. There is also hook and eye closures on the front to secure the closure. There is contrast piping that add to the design. The waist has an elastic band so it forms to your shape and is secure. It hit right at or just above the waist line. New with tags.
