NWT Band of Gypsies Velvet Burnout Dress Beautiful Floral print Size X-small It has an elasticated waist, front slit and is partially lined on the bottom. Top is not lined can wear with bralette V neck and shoulder cut outs 65% Rayon, 35 Nylon. Liner is 100%polyster, Fabric is very lightweight with lots of texture. Small tear in front as seen in last picture. Can probably just stitch up. This is such a one-of-a-kind dress.
