More like navy and not much like blue but that was the only option I had to choose from. These were altered to fit me. I'm a doctor who used to dress professional. Now I wear scrubs and don't need most of my professional clothes. I have plenty of comfy dress pants altered to fit my size. I hope to pass them onto someone out there as tiny as me. Here are my measurements: 5'0 but I wear all of my pants with 3-4" heels. 102 lbs,23 inch waist. If you have any questions, feel free to ask
