Banana republic flowing floral dress

Banana republic large tall, flowing floral dress. New with tags and would be a great addition to any fashionista’s closet. Has been sitting in my closet and when inspected, noticed there is some stitching coming undone in the back of the V as shown in the picture otherwise in perfect condition.
