Black tulip skirt from Banana Republic. High waisted with pockets. Side zip and slight stretch. Size 4P. One small flaw—as I took photos I noticed some loose threads near side pocket (see photo #6). It’s not a hole, and I don’t think you’d see it unless you were looking for it Fits true to size.
