Banana Republic striped dress, size S

Comfy Banana Republic dress, white with thin black stripes. The top buttons down in the front and has a tie detail. Stretchy fabric is forgiving and flattering. I've had this for a few years and even though I love it I have never worn it because I'm too nervous to commute to work on the NYC subway in a white dress!!
