Banana Republic short sleeve navy blue cocktail dress flounce dress with fluted hem. Pictures are really don’t do this justice and I normally never include myself wearing an item but you have to see this dress on to appreciate it! It is so elegant and classic. Beautiful navy blue and very fitted. Fluted panel at the bottom to give a ruffling effect. Fabric detail at the shoulders. Zipper up the back. Fabric has excellent structure and little to no stretch so it really gives you a beautiful shape. Polyester/rayon/Viscose/spandex. Size on tag says 8 Tall but it doesn’t strike me as an unusual length. For reference, I am 5‘7“.
