Banana Republic ruffle, v-neck top

A beautiful, feminine navy blouse that has a ruffle, v-neckline. The bottom area of the ruffles has a black ribbon in it, adding some contrast and a nice detail. I love clothing that is classic, with a flare of style that is unique and different from what everyone else is wearing. This top meets that description. I’ve paired it with jeans, suit bottoms (pants and skirts) and it’s perfect (just too small for me now!).
