Banana Republic ruched blue dress

This is so flattering! Banana Republic navy dress, 3/4 sleeve, hits just below the knee (on me, but I’m 5’2”), round conservative neckline. Material is stretchy and does not crease easily - it would make a good dress to throw in a suitcase and wear right off the bat! Bought to wear to the office but never used. Tag still attached.
