mhal518 @susantxfun I did my best. I measured the band under the chest...without expanding the elastic in the back, it measured about 25 inches. When the elastic is pulled out, it measures about 29 inches. I took the chest and measured from side to side (through the middle) and got about 34 to 35 inches. It is a bit hard to measure because it ties around the neck and has no back...dress starts at elastic band in back a bit below a bra strap.
