mdm545 Hello, this might be a difficult question to answer but does the mark on the lapel seem to be a stain as in bleach or a deposit that might be removable with some TLC?

goodiegods @mdm545 you’re right, that’s a hard question haha. I don’t believe it is bleach, seems to be hardened some, rather than a bleach spot or dyed, it did not bleed through, like I mentioned, kind of hardened. Hope that helps!
