Banana Republic grey pin striped pencil skirt

Banana Republic pencil skirt. Brand new. Lighter grey with slight strip pattern. Nice gray lining. Slit in bottom of skirt still stitched....never worn. Nice button closed pocket. I measure a length just under 24”. I am 5’ 7 1/2” and it falls just above my knee. No snags, tears. Non smoking home changed jobs and no need for dress clothes.
