Banana Republic, creamy tie-neck scarf blouse, 7/8 sleeves, size SX

Got this blouse when I first start my job, but I soon figured out that my office’s dress code is very relax (BTW, I am doing data analysis and all my coworkers are in plaid shirts and jeans). I don’t think I need this blouse any more. True to size, Banana Republic Size XS 7/8 sleeves, about 18 inch length Elegant creamy white color. The tie-neck is an angel if you know how to tie it like a scarf. But if you do not know how to tie scarfs, like me, it’s a little annoying.
