@rayne17 I wear a 36c and it does. Worse case it would be a bit more fitted. I personally prefer to wear A blazer like this unbuttoned. Thanks for looking.

Yes I would wear it unbuttoned for sure, I just have broad shoulders and crossing my arms becomes a problem.
