Banana Republic blue peacoat

Peacoat that's falls at your waist with decorative buttons. Nice to dress up a simple outfit without looking too dressy. There are some rips in the lining, which are shown in photos. It seems like an easy fix, I was just too lazy to sew them. I'd love for this to go to a loving home that can fix it up!
