Banana Republic black and white colorblock knit sweater size XS

Banana Republic outlet black and white knit colorblock sweater. Has a metal zipper on one side atd the bottom. It's knit so it does have some fuzzies, especially on the inside. It's a fairly loose/open knit. If you wore a colored shirts underneath, you'd be able to see it. There is a small black smudge on the back! It's near the very bottom, in the middle of the back. Not sure if it's just dirt that a dry cleaner can remove or a permanent smudge. Please see the last two pics.
