Banana Republic beautiful cut out detail summer dress

Almost didn’t let this one go! Missing the fabric tag but this is a very floaty lightweight fabric. The details around the neck line are STUNNING. It’s the fabric of the dress rolled and shaped into the pattern, not embroidery - so elevated! Really beautiful on. Flutter sleeves, tie waist (does have sash). I’m moving overseas so everything needs to go. I’m going to be uploading LOTS of men’s and women’s clothes, shoes, handbags - only quality/designer brands.
