Banana Republic Wrap Shirt Tie Front Velvet Blouse

This too is beautiful but unfortunately too small for me now. Gorgeous velvet flowers on the front with sheer flutter sleeves and a tie in the front. The photos do not do it justice! And apparently velvet is very hard to photograph lol. In person, this is a breathtaking top.
