Banana Republic White Cocktail Dress NEW

This dress is made of thick, quality fabric. I purchased it as a potential wedding dress but it ended up not fitting, so I have never worn it. It still has the tags and is in perfect condition. The style of the cap sleeves and the cut of the neckline make this dress super flattering. Quality hardware for the zipper, thick fabric and not at all see-through. Seems true to size as I am normally a 4 and this seems to be about one size big. Fabric has some stretch to it.
