Banana Republic Steel Taffeta At-Waist Skirt 4

Stiff steel grey fully lined taffeta skirt with a broad waistband and tuxedo pleats from Banana Republic in size 4. This is intended to be worn at waist. 14" waist, 22" length. My favorite outfit with this skirt was a sweater tucked in, black tights and chunky heels. Excellent condition
