Banana Republic Sleeveless ruffle blouse

Seriously, this cobalt blue top is so adorable! Great ruffle detail at hemline! (See pic #3 Approximately 20 inches armpit to armpit, and approx 28 inches in length. I wore this less than 5 times, and often paired with a black, cropped cardigan Gorgeous color! It is now slightly too big which is the only reason I'm parting with it! Bundle and SAVE!
