Navy and white sleeveless shift dress with V neck and back zipper and hook and eye closure. Fully lined. Used but good condition with minimal wear. 27 inches from neckline point to hem 17.5 inches across front under arms 17 inches across front at waist. Fabric has a light chiffon type feel with no stretch All measurements are by hand and approximate
