Banana Republic Shift Dress

Black and white bow-tied shift dress. Size 8. True to size! So cute with a pair of flats. Like new. Worn twice. My true test on if a dress is too short? If you lift your hands and it doesn’t rise up above your butt. This passed the test. I’m 5’1 for reference.
