Banana Republic Ruffled Raincoat

Brown colored raincoat, excellent used condition, so cute! Ruffled details and ability to cinch in at the waist, elastic at the end of sleeves. Big pockets with snaps. Fits true to size, but I am typically a small and the medium fits great with room for a sweater underneath. Small areas of markings (see photos) I have not attempted to dry clean but should come out.
