Banana Republic Royal Blue Flutter Sleeve Sheer Top Size Small

This is a beautiful Banana Republic women's blouse in size small. It is a royal blue solid color with a sheer fabric and a v-neckline. The blouse has short flutter sleeves and a tie accent at the neck. There is a tiny hole on the back neckline from a stupid tag the store put in. It doesn’t show especially if you have longer hair.
