Banana Republic Pleated Ruffle Top

I thought this top was black until I put it with black pants in the light. It is navy blue, and I think it looks darker in reality than in the photos. The ruffles are pleated, tiered, criss crossed, diagonal, every which way! The ruffles serve as cap sleeves. The ruffles have a raw edge, not hemmed, and on one side, the is a slight amount of fraying. It is minimal and not really noticeable. It is in very good condition otherwise, little to no evidence of wear. Armpit to armpit 18" Length from shoulder 23"
