Banana Republic Olive Floral Blouse (XS)

Fits like an XS/S, it's like chiffon-y material (100% polyester), with some frills on the shoulders. There are three buttons at the neck as well as the wrist part of the sleeve, and there's a two long strings that serve as a neck tie. It's has forest greenish cream and black coloring. Gently used, it's a bit frayed at the frills at the shoulder but not noticeable and I'm not sure if that was the style.
