Navy sheath from Banana Republic. Fully lined, vee neck with shirt sleeves and banded waist. 98% wool, 2% elastane, with similar stretch content in the lining. Banded waist is approximately 2&1/2 inches, style plain or with a belt for accent. Worn twice, once with hot pink as styled and with gold metallic for a little glam. Goes from office to night out with ease due to vee neck and slim cut skirt. Walking slit. If it wasn't too big, this would be staple in my closet!

tabuxton @jenny1965 armpit to armpit this piece measures approximately 21 inches (you get a bit more room due to styling of the bustline). Armpit to hem this piece measures approximately 32 inches.

tabuxton @lolo_lbc yes I would say it is true to size. I'm 5'9" and it hit me just at the right length for work (about mid knee). I loved that it was the perfect navy for red or pink or metallics!
