Super soft, but still chic shirt dress from Banana Republic. A-line skirt, long sleeves, flap pockets on chest give it a subtle safari vibe, and pockets in the skirt are great for carrying stuff! Includes removable, matching fabric belt. Fabric is Tencel (machine wash and tumble dry low). Can be dressed up for work or worn casually. Has only been worn a few times - could use a steam or a run in the dryer to get out the wrinkles.
