is this coat water resistant?

@samalkanti Hi! The tags give no indication that it is and the fabric does not feel like it would be. It is a dressier fabric that drapes better than your typical trench. It does not have that “coated” feel that makes other styles stiff but offers water repellence. Does that make sense?
