kloth_n_leather @nbannis thanks dear. I know, for a 14 this is small measurements; However.. I am busty!! I’m a 34H!! And I wore this and a LS sweater underneath. I’m selling this for my aunt. I wore this and it’s definitely stretchy bc 19” is too small for me too, but this worked!! Thanks for your interest!!
