Banana Republic Floral Statement Necklace

Can one claim that a floral statement necklace isn't overly "girly"? The black and grey elements give a little "edge" to the sweetness, and to me makes it a seasonal cross-over piece into fall and even winter. Necklace is 16" with a 2" extender. EUC!
